COVID-19 - Delivery
Due the current COVID-19 situation we would like to inform our customers that delays in delivery may occur in some cases. Currently shipping service is affected in Wuhan. We are continuously monitoring this situation and if for any reason there should be a significant delay or an issue with your order we will contact you.
Since less persons are working at shipping company which are packing and shipping orders, please allow your order take a few days longer to arrive.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please enter your country in the shipping tab and the rates will be calculated accordingly.
How do you ship your items?
Shipping via Heftwerk - Berlin
All orders are shipped with "Österreichische Post AG" and send as a package with recorded delivery. (tracking number available)
T-Shirts: Why is worldwide shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately the shipping costs from Austria are getting more and more expensive, but we always try our best to find the cheapest postage options.
T-Shirts: Do I get a notification when my order has been shipped?
Please allow us up to 3 days to get your item boxed and prepared for shipment. You will receive an email notification including the tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
All orders: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within Austria should arrive within 2-3 working days.
Orders within Germany should arrive within 2-3 days.
Orders to the rest of Europe should arrive within 3-10 working days.
Orders to all other destinations (world) should arrive within 8-14 days. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
I didn't receive a purchase confirmation. What should I do?
Once you complete your transaction, you should receive a purchase confirmation email from Big Cartel. Please check your junk mail in case the email was accidentally filtered into that folder.

I accidentally added the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please send immediately a short email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Important - Shipping Address CHANGE. In your email, please include your order information (first & last name, incorrect address, and the correct address we should ship to) If the order has not yet been shipped out, we are happy to change the address.
